Why did you choose to become a developer?
Since childhood, I've been captivated by coding. Even as a youngster tinkering with a ZX-Spectrum 64k, I crafted small programs to display my name and age on the screen. My insatiable curiosity about how things function fuels my coding fervour. Even, when I as an Infrastructure Manager, I remained deeply engaged in coding, constructing static HTML websites and implementing Umbraco Websites.
What are the challenges you've faced in your career as a developer?
Navigating new and existing projects as a developer can often feel like scaling a daunting mountain. To conquer this challenge, I immerse myself in the project, soaking up every bit of information and knowledge available. I'm not afraid to ask questions when uncertainties arise, as clarity is key to progress. Over time, as my career has advanced, this process has become more manageable. Similarly, when collaborating with multiple developers, ensuring everyone is on the same page regarding deliverables requires clear communication and shared understanding, a principle I uphold diligently.
